What you get when you pay

How the Family Pack works
- You write your letter and buy the Family Pack once ($29.99).
- Your letter page shows one private link. Send it to up to 4 relatives or friends by text or email.
- Each of them answers the same short questions about what they have seen. The case details are already filled in, and they don't pay anything.
- Each gets their own letter on their own private page, written so it doesn't read like the others, ready to download as Word or PDF.
- You can see on your page who has written so far.
How payment works
- Write your letter, read it and copy it for free. You don't pay anything to use it.
- Choose One letter ($12.99) or Family Pack ($29.99) and pay through our secure checkout. Payments are processed by Creem, our merchant of record, which handles card payments and sales tax.
- Your print-ready letter unlocks immediately on your private page. Download it, print it, sign it.
Refunds
If the letter isn't useful to you, email help@characterletter.com within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. See our refund policy.
Questions
Is there a subscription?
No. Both options are single, one-time payments. You will never be charged again.
Do I need an account?
No. Your letter lives at a private link that only you have. Save the link or download your files.
Can I edit the letter after I pay?
Yes. The Word file is fully editable, and you can use up to 3 automatic tone rewrites.
Is this legal advice?
No. CharacterLetter is a writing tool, not a law firm. Your attorney decides how letters are used in the case. See our disclaimer and terms of service.
